Over the years, Lee has built an enviable reputation within the commercial M&E market, for supplying volume temporary labour solutions, on some of the country’s most high-profile projects. Having cut his teeth in some highly-respected recruitment organisations, Lee felt it was time to go it alone and has set up BSR with the principles of service and delivery firmly at its core.

Experienced Company Director
In the M & E Sector. Specialising in Permanent and Temporary labour. I also have experience in placing permanent candidates in the Education sector, Business Development and luxury showroom sales candidates. Overseeing the smooth running of the office and workers, everything from sourcing candidates for high profile projects and clients, right through to ensuring they are all paid in a timely and compliant
fashion.

Patrick has worked for over 20 years within the high end of sales, dealing business to business,meeting targets and goals consistently and runnning all day-to-day tasks, including management of field advisors. Patrickcomes from a family who has vast experience within the mechanical industry, and is joining us as a mechanical & electrical specialist.

With over 15 years as friends and working on various sales projects together with our Director Lee and Tia, David was brought in to manage and co-originate the labour department. Building excellent relationships with all our clients to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Jayne has over 20 years sales and retail experience working for a large high street name. Over the years, she has developed skills that will help her in recruitment. Jayne will be focusing on our Mechanical side of the business as she comes from a family who have built up strong business in their trades. Having recently become a mother, Jayne is looking to build a career with BSR for her and family.

Rebekah has worked in customer service since leaving school, dealing in different types of environments and gaining a large amount of experience. Rebekah's father owned his own Gas Safety business working for many large clients, and has passed on a vast amount of knowledge and an excellent work ethic. Used to a fast paced environment, Rebekah is really looking forward to working with clients and interacting with candidates in her role.
